Chicken Paprikás & Spätzle - Central European Chicken Stew

Originally from Hungary, Peter loves to share recipes and techniques from his family and culture with anybody who will listen. And you should, because Peter is an experienced home cook with a knack for flavor and meals that warm the soul. This afternoon he’ll be teaching Chicken paprikás, a Hungarian style chicken stew served alongside Spätzle, a German-style egg yolk noodle that’s made by scraping the dough through a sieve— it’s pretty cool! If you’re interested in basic stew principles, looking for something fresh to add your monthly meal plan, or just want to do a bit of culinary exploration, this class is for you!

Demonstration and active particpant style class with Peter Nemes. We personally recommend considering this your afternoon meal.
