Though he’s only 15, Jackson is an avid and skilled baker. He’s been coming to our classes since day one, and we think he merits a shot at teaching his own class. Many of our regulars know and adore him, and we think you will too. Jackson’s class is designed to share with you everything he knows about cheesecake— and it’s a lot. It’s one of his favorite things to bake, and as such, he’s devoted much time and research to the topic. He’ll teach you about his successes and their fundamental principles, as well as his less-than-ideal attempts and what went wrong. All this to help you create, tweak, perfect or just explore your own cheesecake recipes!
